Return Policy - Please read carefully

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility: To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return: Contact us at prestigeactiveweartm@gmail.com to start the return process. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions for sending your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you find any defects, damages, or receive an incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can address the issue.

Non-Returnable Items:Please note that we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges: For a quicker exchange, we recommend returning the unwanted item and making a separate purchase for the new one once your return is processed.

Refunds: We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically using your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
